My name is Thomas Vlaminck and I have been passionately involved in youth football for over 20 years. For the majority of my career, I was active at Club NXT, the youth academy of Club Brugge. I worked as a team coach, individual coach, and technical trainer. Currently, I am a technical trainer for the U11-U12 age groups.

In addition to my work at the club, I’ve also had the opportunity to get to know other clubs, coaches, and football cultures. For tournaments and clinics, I’ve been a guest in countries such as Iceland, Belarus, Canada, the United States, Hungary, Slovakia, South Africa, Russia, and more.

As a full-time job, I am employed at KTA Brugge as a physical education teacher. There, I provide extra football training to students who want to combine additional football practice during school hours with their studies.

My main mission is to get more young boys and girls playing football and to help them become more technically skilled. I also aim to inspire enthusiastic (youth) coaches with training exercises, my vision, and my way of working.
